Alan Lerner is the president and lead architect of Offerle-Lerner. He was one of the founding partners in 1972. Alan was born in the Bronx, N.Y. and grew up on the South Shore of Long Island. He attended Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1970. He re-located to Miami in 1971 after completing basic and advanced training in the United States Army and served in the Florida National Guard. Alan also served as an Adjunct Professor in Architectural Technology and Construction Management at Florida International University (FIU) for 14 years.
